Bike GP 1983 - Britain Duke Archive DVD The 1983 British Grand Prix at Silverstone will be remembered for the close racing and the spectacle of talented riders so near to the limit at the same time. The 500 race was a hard fought battle between Freddie Spencer, Kenny Roberts, Randy Mamola and Eddie Lawson with Barry Sheene duelling down the field. In the 250 race the lead changed regularly, whilst the 125 race saw 15-times World Champion Angelo Nieto clinch one of his most amazing wins ever. The sidecar race sees Rolf Biland relinquish his lead to Egbert Streuer after much changing of positions. Simply great racing!
