Brandywell TT Milestone Leading the race on his 250cc Honda, Phil McCallen ran out of fuel at Brandywell and free-wheeled for five miles to Hilberry, where he finally stopped. Had he not run out of juice the 250cc race would have been his fifth victory of the 1996 TT.
