Some 1994 and 1995 model year vehicles are also OBD2 compliant. To verify if your vehicle is OBD2 compliant or not, check the Vehicle Emissions Control Information Label which is usually located under the hood or by the radiator. If the vehicle is OBD2 compliant, the label will state "OBD II Certified". Besides, all OBD2 compliant vehicles must have a 16-pin Data Link Connector (DLC) which is usually located under the instrument panel of the vehicle. Where is the Connector Located? The connector must be located within three feet of the driver and must not require any tools to be revealed. Look under the dash and behind ashtrays.
