Motocross 500 GP 1986 - Britain Duke Archive DVD The tortuous sandy track of Hawkestone Park has seen many a dramatic Grand Prix - but few as action-packed, as the 1986 motocross battle between the world's finest riders and machines reached fever pitch. The re-emergence of Belgian ace Georges Jobe (Kawasaki) served to spice up the Honda trio of Dave Thorpe, Erik Geboers and Andre Malherbe, and with Kees van der Ven beginning to really fly on the Austrian KTM, the scene was set for a classic encounter. The cameras brilliantly capture the best of the most spectacular moments with the ending of the second race providing the climax of the meeting.
