Volkswagen Passat & Audi A4 (95 thru 05) (USA) VW Passat 1998 thru 2005 and Audi A4 1996 thru 2001 for models with 1.8L four-cylinder turbo and 2.8L V6 engines. Does not include diesel engine, W8 engine or S4 model information. PLEASE NOTE that these manuals are written in the USA and apply to petrol engine cars (except where diesel is specifically mentioned) built to US specifications. (So, the Ford titles deal with Ford of America products, not Ford of Europe, and so on.) Although they are useful when the products or systems are similar to those in other markets, there may still be significant differences, especially in areas concerned with safety and emission control.
